  • Ticket prices vary depending on the day and time of day you wish to visit the exhibition. Please consult our ticketing page for more information.

  • This exhibition is best suited for ages 14 and up. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while inside the exhibition

  • If your child has celebrated their third birthday, they will need a ticket to enter the exhibition. Children under age three do not require a ticket and can enter with any paying adult.

  • Wake Me When I’m Free is an experience best enjoyed in small groups. Timed ticketing is meant to help enforce proper distancing and allows guests to make the very best of this special experience.

  • Patrons who arrive more than 15 minutes after the entry time on their ticket are not guaranteed access. We will do our best to accommodate you as capacity allows in the next available entry group after we have granted access to all ticket buyers for that group as well as anyone with a VIP package ticket.

  • Group discounts are available for groups of ten or more people. Contact us for more information.

  • Please make sure to allow time for traffic, parking, and entrance delays. Unless you need to purchase tickets to enter, please plan to arrive a minimum of 15-20 minutes prior to the admission time so that you can complete security screening and we can scan your tickets and ensure you are placed in the correct entry line.

    Tickets purchased on-site are subject to availability and we strongly suggest purchasing tickets online in advance or over the phone.

  • Most guests spend approximately 75-90 Minutes inside this immersive experience however once inside you may stay for as long as you desire.

  • This exhibit contains Strobe lighting effects, simulated gunfire and sudden loud noises.

  • Parking for a fee is available around L.A. LIVE. TheWest Garage (Lot W, Gate B, Enter on ChickHearn Ct.) generally has a flat rate of $10-$30(depending on the event day) payable upon entrance.   • Exclusive and unique merchandise is available at the end of the experience. You may also come in and shop without having a ticket for the exhibition. You can also shop a selection of merchandise from the exhibit online by clicking here.

  • The exhibit is an immersive experience that requires the use of an audio guide throughout your visit to make the most of your experience.

  • Wake Me When I’m Free is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

  • We encourage you to leave valuables and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibition, all visitors and items they possess are subject to inspection prior to admittance. Large bags, purses, backpacks, and duffle bags are not permitted inside the secured area or in the exhibit.

    Please be advised that all bags and personal items are subject to inspection.

    Permissible Items:

    • Walkers, mobility scooters, and other mobility aids

    • Certified service animals

    • Small personal point and shoot cameras, including smartphones

    Prohibited Items:

    • Backpacks, duffle bags, and large purses

    • Paints and aerosols

    • Indelible markers

    • Weapons of any type

    • Food and beverages of any type (including alcohol)

    • Bikes, helmets, skateboards, Heelys, rollerblades, and non-mobility aid scooters

    • Camping chairs

    • Professional photo or video equipment

    • Tripods

    • Any item deemed by exhibit security or venue management to be inappropriate

  • Restrooms are available adjacent to the exhibition entry.

  • There is no depository or space available to check or hold your prohibited items or items you do not wish to have with you inside the exhibition. Please return any items that are prohibited as well as any items you do not wish to take with you through the exhibition to your vehicle prior to entering the exhibition

  • The exhibition is heated, or air-cooled as needed to maintain a comfortable temperature for all guests.
