TUPAC SHAKUR. WAKE ME WHEN I’M FREE IS A FULLY IMMERSIVE, THOUGHT-PROVOKING EXPERIENCE THAT EXPLORES THE LIFE AND LEGACY OF THE ACCLAIMED ARTIST AND ACTIVIST.
Created in collaboration with the Shakur Estate, this exhibit leverages technology, contemporary art, and never before seen artifacts from Tupac’s personal archives.
Tupac Shakur. Wake Me When I’m Free will delve into the greater meaning of his activism, music, and revolutionary art, as the exhibit educates and enlightens attendees through a labyrinth of emotions, as they take this journey through his extraordinary life.

This exhibition is best suited for ages 14 and up. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while inside the exhibition.

PARKING
Parking for a fee is available around L.A. LIVE. TheWest Garage (Lot W, Gate B, Enter on ChickHearn Ct.) generally has a flat rate of $10-$30 (depending on the event day) payable upon entrance.
COVID-19 GUEST SAFETY POLICY
Wake Me When I’m Free is mindful of CDC guidance as well as being compliant with state and local guidelines for event entry. Currently, to comply with the California Department of Public Health Guidelines (Safe Pass LA) the following policies are in place. As guidelines continue to change, we too will make necessary adjustments to best assure the highest level of safety for our visitors and staff. Remember, if you’re not feeling well, please stay home.
